Hiti Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") operates the KeyCanvas mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

1. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

KeyCanvas does not require you to create an account or log in.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other information that directly identifies you.

Photos or images you choose as a keyboard background through your device's photo picker or camera are stored only on your device. These images are not uploaded to our servers and are not accessible to or viewed by us.

2. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

KeyCanvas uses third-party services that may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• Advertising identifier: Such as the Android Advertising ID.

• Device information: Such as device model, operating system version, language, and general region.

• App interaction data: Such as features used, screens viewed, crash information, and performance data.

• Push notification device token: Used to deliver notifications to your device.

This information may be collected directly by third-party service providers described in Section 3 and is subject to their respective privacy policies.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES WE USE

KeyCanvas uses third-party services to provide advertising, analytics, and push notification functionality. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they collect and process information.

Third-party services used by the App may include:

• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): For delivering push notifications.

• Google AdMob and Google Play Services: For displaying and measuring advertisements.

• TopOn: An advertising mediation platform that may route advertising requests through participating ad networks, which may include Unity Ads, ironSource, Pangle, Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, Mintegral, and other certified advertising networks.

• Meta Audience Network / Facebook SDK: For advertising and related app functionality.

• OneSignal: For delivering push notifications.

These third-party services may collect information such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, app usage information, and other technical information necessary to provide their services.

Advertising partners may use this information to display, personalize, measure, and improve advertisements, subject to your device settings and applicable laws.

4. ADVERTISING

KeyCanvas is supported by advertising.

The App may display:

• Banner advertisements

• Interstitial advertisements

• Native advertisements

• Optional rewarded video advertisements, which may be used to unlock certain premium themes or features

Our advertising partners may collect and use information as described in Section 3 to provide and measure advertisements.

Depending on your device and applicable settings, advertising may be personalized based on your advertising identifier and other permitted information.

You can manage or limit advertising personalization through your device's settings. The available options may vary depending on your Android version, device manufacturer, and region.

5. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

Your created and downloaded themes, preferences, keyboard settings, and other app settings are stored locally on your device using standard local storage.

This locally stored information is not transmitted to our servers unless specifically described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, such as information processed by third-party advertising or notification services.

We do not upload your personal photos or keyboard background images to our servers.

6. DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal information.

Information described in Section 2 may be collected or processed by the third-party service providers listed in Section 3 for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including advertising and push notification delivery.

We do not provide your personal photos, keyboard background images, or locally stored themes and preferences to third parties.

7. DATA SECURITY

Data transmitted between the App and our servers or third-party service providers is protected using encryption in transit, such as HTTPS where applicable.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the App, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

KeyCanvas is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Advertising displayed in the App is not specifically configured for child-directed treatment.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us using the information provided in Section 11.

9. YOUR CHOICES

You have several choices regarding information processed by the App and its third-party services:

• Advertising ID: You can reset, delete, or limit the use of your Advertising ID through your Android device settings, where supported.

• Notifications: You can disable notification permissions at any time through your device's App Settings.

• Personalized advertising: You can manage available advertising and privacy settings through your device's settings.

• App data: You can delete locally stored KeyCanvas data by clearing the App's data through your device settings or by uninstalling KeyCanvas.

The exact settings and options available may vary depending on your device, Android version, and region.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we make changes, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
